The SolarSecurity high powered LED solar lighting system comes complete with solar power assembly, fixture, bracket and all mounting hardware to attach to a pole. SEPCO can also provide a pole to meet wind load specifications.
The SolarSecurity solar power assembly ranges from 30 Watts to 550 Watts with the size of the battery assembly allowing for a minimum of five days autonomy. The solar power assembly is sized according to installation location and takes into consideration local weather conditions.
The Security DDL fixture is a general purpose area and security fixture and comes complete with LEDs and driver used to operate the fixture from the solar charged batteries. The SolarSecurity ranges from 10 to 20 Watts and comes with Type Symmetrical or Asymmetrical Distribution patterns, as well as 4K and 5K color temperatures.
The SolarSecurity's fixture bracket can either be a SP - Side of Pole Bracket which is a long elliptical upsweep arm ranging from 4’ to 8’ (longer lengths are available) or a short straight ST – Side of Pole Tenon Bracket ranging from 5” to 24”. The fixture mounts below the solar panel at the required mounting height for the application.
The SolarSecurity system mounts to any round pole with a minimum diameter of 4", allowing the solar to face south while not restricting the direction of fixture installation. The system can be purchased complete with a pole for mounting the solar lighting system. Poles are available in aluminum, steel, fiberglass composite, or concrete and are anchor base or direct burial. All poles provided by SEPCO meet local AASHTO wind load requirements.
